ROMANS 8:37-39

God loves me! Tis the sweetest sound in the world!
No other love can compare to the love of the heavenly father
It means that I am His and His alone that that no matter how the world, my flesh and the devil pull, His love will triumph in the end.
God loves me! Tis music in my ears! It takes away sorrow, doubt and fear. No matter where I walk, His love goes before, beside and behind me.
God loves me! What an awesome privilege! Can I really do anything less than give myself away to Him? All of me? I am His anyway, He made me. Can I rob Him of what is rightfully his?
God loves me! This I must shout from the rooftops and from all places I find myself. I must shout it so that anyone who has never heard or has forgotten the love of God will know and give themselves to Him.
GOD LOVES ME!

PENTECOST

Come down consuming fire
Come fill our hears
Inflame us anew with love
That the Father and Son we may
proclaim: drunk on you
 come down sweet Spirit
transform our lives
transform our hearts
that never more shall we be the same
come down roaring wind
chip away at the rough ends of our lives
that we may be for the Father only
come down consuming fire
burn away at the chaff in our lives
that we may offer unto the Lord an offering in righteousness
come down giver of life and gifts
 with all of your gifts
that we may transform the world around us
but transform us, mould us, do all
you have to that our lives
bear fruit for the glory of the Father
(Acts 1:8, Song of Solomon 4:16, Gal 5:22-23, Mal 3:3-4)

HE BROKE ME

(Job 23:10, Mal 3:3-4, Jer 18:6, 1 Pet 1:7, James 1:2, Ps 30:5)

He broke me; He broke me
Like the potter, He moulded me and moulded me again
He broke me; He broke me
Like dough, He kneaded me and kneaded me again
He broke me; He broke me
Like grapes for wine, He crushed me and crushed me again
He broke me; He broke me
Like wood in a carpenter’s shop, He shaped me and shaped me again
He broke me; He broke me
Like gold, in a goldsmith’s shop, He refined me and refined me again
He broke me; He broke me
Like He shows in nature, transformation only comes by death
Jesus died so He could live forever and I with Him
He broke me; He broke me
To make me more like Him
To conform me to His image
To prune me that I may bear fruit
He broke me; He broke me
Through the pain and the tears;
There was joy and fulfillment because He broke me and broke me again to make me whole
